Low Voltage Search Light

The body should have cylindrical shape made by 3 mm thick, low carbon aluminium alloy, portable type, having proper gripped handle at body top & back for carrying and aiming, face should have provided with heat resistant toughened glass of 4 mm thickness and fixed to the front housing by help of minimum 4 nos. special headed pilfer proof bolts. All gaskets should have high-grade neoprene rubber. The luminary should have a focusing arrangement at rear side for adjustment of light-beam narrow or spread option. The lamp holder (2 nos.) is made by a special fire proof material with copper cladding and suitable for its low voltage capsule halogen GY6.35 pin base type lamps (Qty 2 nos., life ~500 burning hrs. each). A m.s. Clamp & conical base has provided for rotation of the light on the horizontal and vertical axis with provision of locking arrangement at desired position. The entire luminaire finished with special polyurethane weatherproof coating for corrosion resistant and aesthetic look and thus suitable for outdoors installations.

REFLECTOR: The reflector is deep parabolic shape and made of vacuum metallised glass mirror having reflectivity index of over 0.95. & guaranteed for brightness up to 5 years.
POWER DEVICE: The power device box contain a step down transformer of 12/24/36 Volts (output) of desired wattage of Halogen lamps, output On-Off Switch, output socket/ terminal, copper flexible lead 3 core x 1.5 mm2 at least 1 m long with plug top.
