Lemi Injection

Levamisole is a synthetic broad spectrum anthelmintic. It is active against adults and larval stages of gastro-intestinal nematodes and lungworms of cattle, sheep, goats and pigs.

Composition:
Each ml. contains
Levamisole (as Hydrochloride) - B.P (vet) 100 mg.
Chlorocresol (as preservative)

Indications:
Levamisole is used in cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry to treat nematode infections. It should be used in cases of parasitic gastroenteritis and lungworm caused by the Lungworms: Dictyocaulus spp, Trichostrongylides, Trichostrongylus spp. Cooperia spp. Ostertagia spp. (except inhibited Ostertagia larvae in cattle) Haemonchus spp. Nematodirus spp. Strongyles: Bunostomumspp. Oesophagostomum spp.

Dosage and administration:
For subcutaneous injection
Dogs : 5ml / 50kg body weight
Pigs : 3.5ml / 50kg body weight
Sheep: 1.75ml/ 25kg body weight.
Cattle: 3.5ml/ 50kg body weight.

Presentation:
It is available in 30ml, 50 ml, 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml multi dose vials.
