Description :

* Structure :The machine has apadded seat with a backrest, apivoting padded leverfor the lower legs, and aresistance system(either a weight stack with a pin or plate-loaded).

* Adjustability :The seat and leg pad can typically be adjusted to match the users body size and ensure proper alignment of the knee joint with the machines axis of rotation.

1. Sit on the machine with your back against the pad and knees bent at about 90 degrees.

2. Place your shins under the padded bar, just above your ankles.

3. Select the desired weight.

4. Extend your knees to lift the padded bar by contracting your quadriceps.

5. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position with control.
