These spools are made with Arklon special grade nylon made of caprolactum a versatile engineering polyamide with graphite powder impregnation which is a result of new technology in engineering plastics.

Advantages:
Manufactured by centrifugal system using monomer casting technology where the polymerization takes place at the molten stage which results in stability. This does not break under impact during disc locking as the material is having better resilience and higher tensile strength. Also graphite powder impregnation mixed with this engineering polyamide ensures abrasion resistance with lubricating effect.
