Having multiple properties, this is a novel leveling agent, used for the dyeing of reactive dyes on cellulose. In case of reactive dyeing the metal ion impurities comes from the dyes and hard water and cause dye agglomeration. If the full color value is not realized, it produces the uneven speck dyeing. It controls hardness that cause heavy metal ions present into the dye bath by the dyestuffs, alkai, salt, water and textile. Moreover, it avoids numerous problems by preventing agglomeration of dye particles during dyeing and ensuring uniform dispersion of dye hydrolysates.
