We are presenting KR800 Electric Copper Wire Stripper to our customers. This copper wire granulator is our third generation product, it is mainly used to process copper wire(electrical wire, signal wire, lighting wires, etc.) and aluminum wire(electrical wire) to get high purity output products. Compare to the second generation products, both of the capacity and separation performance is highly increased.

1st Feed the material into crusher to pulverize the material into 3-4mm granules.
2nd The material will be carried into air separator by belt conveyor and our belt conveyor is equipped with suspended magnet to separate the iron scraps.
3rd By vibration and high press wind the air separator can separate the copper granules from the plastic.
