This mutton masala is processed by using following ingredients:
Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Coconut, Coriander, Salt, Cumin, Sesame, Turmeric, Black pepper, Poppy seeds, Cloves, Cassia, Star anise, Black cardamom, Cassia leaves, Nutmeg,Mace, Green Cardamom, Fenugreek.
Clean 500 gms Mutton, Marinate with ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for 30 mins.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry sliced onions till golden brown. Add dry grated coconut, Garlic cloves roast them and then grind it in a mixer.

In a pressure cooker with two and half cups of water salt and turmeric powder cook the marinated mutton for 4 whistles.

In a pan, heat oil add sliced onion, dry grated coconut, garlic paste with 4 tablespoon of JMM mutton kolhapuri masala stir it with cooked mutton.
