The system consists of 4 major units. The Digester, the Scrubber, the Steam Distillation Unit and the Titrator. It is macro analyzer but you can even do the micro analysis as well. The digestor is for eight samples at a time. As you are aware, digestors is our specialty (you will find Spectralab COD Digestor in any industry). Long term durability and temperature uniformity & accuracy is proven for years with these digestors. It also has a stainless steel rack for easy lifting of the fume extractor. The scrubber gives 4 stage treatment: condensation, neutralization and adsorption. Finally the remaining gas is passed through water to remove leftovers if any. Thus the scrubber is completely environment friendly.
The steam distillation unit gives rapid distillation with the best ever recovery. The addition of NaOH & boric acid is automatic with user defined volumes. The water level in the steam generator is maintained automatically with built in level sensors. The distillation unit is fully programmable with user methods.
And finally a titration unit. Again as you are aware Spectralab is in the business of manufacturing titrators for years. The expertise, thus, is available readily for titrations.
