Noodle machine is a general name. It includes many kinds of different noodle making machine. Such as instant noodle machine,dried noodle machine,fresh noodle machine and so on. Our kingdoo noodle machine already has over 20 years history . We made very small machine which only had one set roller at first.Today we has exported one set model 1000 (roller width is 1 meter) noodle line to foreign country. Before we made machine for home or restaurant. Now we make noodle machine for big food company from all over the world .

We mainly did domestic market before . Now we start to explore foreign countries markets in recent years . For exploring foreign markets , now our noodle machine price is not high but the quality is good .

Maintenance of dricing parts
1.Apply lubricative fat to auxiliary gear and chain wheel every shift,
edible oil used on steaming chain, cutting and divding chain and cooling chain, the rest adopt mechanical oil#30 . Lubricative fat in reducers should be changed every half a year according to oil measure.
2 apply lubricative fat to rolling bearing every 6 months, 2 or 3 times to rolling bearing on noodle slitter.
3 no sundries during mixing, aging and rolling., especially metal sudsier.
4 check conveying mesh and tension-unit timely.
5 cehck bolt and nut between noodle box and cover and chain timely.
6 clean mxier after each discharging, especially in corners, check seal ring timely.
