Fried noodle machine Making fried noodles usually need palm oil . Why we use palm oil ? using palm oil can't make noodle cake color change into black after producing period of time . fried noodle machine include water mixing system ,flour mixer , flour feeder, rollers, steaming machine, cutter and divider, frying machine, oil tank, oil filter ,oil heat exchanging machine, cooling machine, conveyor, packing machine, steam boiler. Today we focus on the frying machine, oil tank,oil fliter and oil heat exchanging machine . Before we start to produce fried noodles, need add fresh palm oil into oil tank . Then we open the valve , palm oil flow through the oil heat exchanger and then come into fryer . There are pipes(steam pipe and oil pipe),oil pump near the frying machine. Oil heat exchanger function is make oil temp between 140 A C to 160 A C. After finish producing , need recycle the oil into oil tank. Actually there two parts in oil tank. One is for new palm oil,the other is for old palm oil . Fox example the oil fryer has 2t oil,after using 5 days,put these old oil to another tank,then clean the oil fryer,put new oil to fryer,when new oil less after using,put some old oil(these oil need put in the tank over 24 hours. You know there are some small impurity after frying noodle cake, so need oil filter to make oil keep clean . This is the fried noodle machine work way .
