Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators As both Service Level Agreements(SLA's) and Key Performance Indicators(KPI's) help organizations define and measure progress towards the organizational goals, it is imperative that we understand the value in using SLA's and KPI's in the workplace. Therefore there is a need to understand what we can use to measure the performance and how we present to our organization. About the course This workshop will help delegates to develop SLA's in their own functions and appreciate that this is a tool to help measure and quantify pre-defined timescales as well as performance. As a result we can then develop KPI's to use in order to measure the efficiency of our SLA's that can reflect the critical success factors of an organization.
