Key Features
Test : The test consist of jumbling a bare fuze in a rotating, closed,wooden-lined metal box. The inside dimensions of the box are sufficiently larger than the fuze external dimensions to allow the fuze to jumble freely during box rotation so that it experiences random direction impacts.
Speed of Rotation : The Test box containing the fuze is rotated at a speed of 30 + 2 rpm for 3600 revolutions to achieve the desired test conditions. The fuze completely assembled including all must remain safe after the test. The machine is equipped with a Flame Proof motor. Reduction Gear Box, Pulleys, Shaft Rotating Drum, Mounting Stand, Steel Box Wooden Lined - 2 nos. and Digital Display meter for indicating actual Drum Revolutions/minute.
