Isostatic Pressing Device

We are actively involved in manufacturing and exporting a quality range of Transformer Coil Isostatic Pressing Device in Jining, Shandong, China. Our range of Isostatic Pressing Device is usually made from copper conductor in paper insulation, wound on cylindrical press board sleeve. Separate coil disks are isolated by press board spacers.
These insulation materials shrink due to absorption of humidity or pressure on them. It causes coil distortion and not acceptable for transformer operation. So a special hydraulic device is required for pressing and dimension stabilization transformer coils.
Isostatic Hydraulic Pressing System consists of bottom platen, upper platen, middle cylinder and hydraulic system. It is used for pressing coil during its drying process. And it can be incorporated in any type of drying oven (hot air oven, vapor phase drying oven etc).
