According to the different working width is divided into three types: BRJ-1400 type, BRJ-1000 type, BRJ-800 type. Also according to winding layer are divided into double and single foil winding machine. (The BRJ-800 type have single foil).Besides, it can also be manufactured according to the user requirements.
2. Technical characteristics
Bus-bar and conductor-foil is connected by TIG Welding or Cold Press welding device.
1.The equipment actuating mechanism adopts the pneumatic component control other than the motor, avoiding the phenomenon of hydraulic oil leakage;
2.The welding system adopts the imported linear guide rail and ball screw;
3.It adopts the photoelectric servo motor to control the planes of the coil face with fast response;
4.The decoiling machine is equipped with five alloy coating friction plates with the maximum tension of 20000 N;
5.The equipment is high-tech product on the base of actual condition, the appliance applies the PLC automatic controlling and thus it has the features of high automation and easy operation.
