• Wax designs from the metallic castings display accurate replication of the needful castings. The above process is conducted under ideal atmospheric conditions
• Structure of the ceramic shells of the desired thickness and required strength, enclosed wax patterns by producing narrow refractory layers, in stable atmospheric surroundings
• Shells are removed after proper drying, to clear it from the empty space with the shell
• Ceramic shell is heated to high temperature in order to reach the required strength by making it warmer, impurities of ceramics are taken out and burnt
• According to the specifications, shells are gushed with cleaned metal
• High temperature processing of the castings
• Completing and polishing of casting parts, checking these on every parameter to ensure flawless finish
