Salient Features of Inverted Metallurgical Microscope :-
* Aluminium casted body has large size rectangular base in-corporates electrical and optical system.
* Stage has adjustable height spring clips to accommodate different type of specimens.
* Co-axial focusing system is very sensitive and backlash free movement. It has linear ball bearing guide-ways.
* Quadruple nose-piece with click stop for par centering of objectives.
* Low positioned binocular head fitted at convenient viewing angle.
* Binocular head has interpupillary and diopteric adjustments.
* Provision for fitting of photo micrography equipment on side of the microscope.
* Built in bright field illuminator has 6V-20W halogen lamp with aperture diaphragm, filter slots and lamp centering mechanism. Illumination is uniformly variable controlled.
* The illuminator is operated on step-down transformer fitted in the base and is workable on 220V AC 50Hz supply.
* High performance metallurgical objectives M4X, M10x, M20x & M40x(SL) and HKWF eye-pieces 10x are provided.
* Finish : The microscope is hard powder coated for long life.
* Packaging : The Microscope is packed in polished plywood cabinet with lock and key, dust cover and cleaning cloth.
