Internal Balancing Vessel

We are engaged in manufacturing, exporting, supplying and distributing Internal Balancing Vessel in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, China. The Internal balancing vessels are mainly used for the boiler drum level measurement in power plants. It has avoided the influence that ambient environment may take to the density of balancing vessel and reference water column.
Because it has a condensate vessel in the steam side sampling pipe, it could compensate more saturated water to the balancing vessel in time to ensure the drum measurement and protection could be activated soon after the ignition of boiler. Since the vessel has been set within the steam drum, so the temperature and density in the vessel or educed pipe are same with the water in drum. The measurement value calculated based on these parameters would be very reliable.
A backup negative pressure sampling pipe has been equipped together with the vessel. Thus it could prevent the vessel from connecting with the positive pressure sampling pipe in accidental status. Thus the condenser can be the standby of the normal balancing vessel.
