These Intelligent Two Phase Flow Heat Exchanger Unit (Heating) are comprised of Variable speed of sound pressurized heat exchanger, temperature control system, water supplement system, test and control system. The user only need to connect water pipe/ return pipe, steam pipe, supplement water pipe and power.
Features:
1. Automatically control the temperature.
Installing electric temperature control device on the steam pipe,the user can set the water supply temperature. Installing temperature sensing device on the heat exchange pipe export, the temperature sensing device conduct temperature signal to electric control system, then electric control system control the steam input through electric control device.
2. Over temperature alarm + power failure protection, operation security.
When the heat temperature is too high,temperature sensing device conduct over temperature signal to electric control system,the Alarm device send out sound-light alarm.When the power suddenly cuts off, the electric control temperature device automatically turn off steam, then automatically shut off to ensure the safety of system.
3. Showing system operating pressure and temperature variation.
Installing pressure sensor system on the steam pipe,installing pressure and temperature control system on the water pipe/ return pipe, the pressure and temperature change information will show on the LCD screen in any time, the operator can easily master the operating state.
