Insulating Varnish Polymer (F-ix)

The cured varnish film is resistant to humidity, mild acids and alkalies and transformers oils and have exceptional toughness. Used for class a Fa 155A C extendable polymer F-IX varnish film is compatible with most types of insulation.

Application :
POLYMER F-IX can be used for superior performance on stators, armatures transformers and coils. Because of high bond strength, it is used for high speed armatures such as a power tools without staving. It is suitable for electrical equipment like large machines requiring increased flexibility, polysterimide wires and fibre glass covering conductors. It can be used as binder varnish for glass mica sheets.

How to use :
POLYMER F-IX varnish can be used as dipping, spraying and brushing methods. It can be used with vacuum application, having very good tank stability, The shelf life of varnish is 12 months in closed condition. Because of air drying nature viscosity can be maintained with POLYMER F-99 Thinner.
