Chemical Analysis:-
Element : Percentage
Silicon : 70-75 %
Calcium : 1.8-2.00 %
Barium : 1.8-2.25 %
Aluminium : 0.8-1.00 %
Iron : Balance

Standard Sizes : 0.2-0.7 mm, 0.5-3 mm, 1-3 mm, 3-6 mm & as per customer requirement.

Standard Packing : 25 Kg, 40 Kg HDPE bag, 1000 Kg Jumbo bag.

Suggested Application:-
* Inoculant gives effective chill reduction in thin sections.
* Best suitable for cast iron as well as ductile iron.
* Effective in forming and 'A' type graphite structure.
* Ensures good nodularity & nodule count in ductile iron.
* Effectively control of carbides in thin sections.

Recommendation for Addition of Inoculant:-
* 0.1-0.2 % in metal steam.
* 0.2-0.4 % for pouring ladle.

Recommendation for Selection of Size:-
* For less than 100 Kg - 0.2-0.7 mm
* 100 Kg - 500 Kg - 1-3 mm
* More than 500 Kg - 3-6 mm.
