Vibrating Screens are designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen frames, a bolted and welded steel structure, accommodate the screen mesh & the drive unit. The screen is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel & two no. heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust & water tight seals, for efficient operation and low maintenance
The screens are driven by electric motor provided with the screen. The screen frame rest flexible on four spring units provide on support construction, so as the eliminate jerks to the supporting systems and to vibrate freely in a linear motion
