Pack & Pack Support: Pack in tray form consists of fill bar nailed to runners with brass panel pins. This type of pack can be easily removed for periodic maintenance and is hence ideal for solvent plants. Direct Drive Rotors: A unique feature of the axial flow rotor is the hinged arrangement, for supporting the motor and rotor assembly, which allows for easy maintenance without the need for dismantling. The entire unit is plated against the corrosion. Adjusting pitch blades are secured to a plating hub with S.S.a Ua clamps. Standard weather proof motors are used in the assembly. Hot water distribution: is by means of flooded open pan at the top of the tower. Spash boxes are provided to eliminate splash out and HDPE non clog nozzles distribute the water evenly over the packed area.

Drift Eliminators: Timber or PVC placed vertically and horizontally on marine plywood spacers trap entrained moisture to near negligible limits.
