This DXMBH Series Fitted with RTG Wheel (Rubber Wheel) offered by us is ideal for decreasing maintenance and replacement cost. Our castors are maintenance free and long lasting. The bearings utilized in fork & in axle detract the inertia requisite & support the castor to roll sleekly & make them noise free.
- Heavy duty rugged pressed steel castors made from thick EDD sheets.
- Centre bolt is forged from EN8, strongly welded & secured to absorb impact loads reducing wear & tear
- Swivel fork with thrust & tapered roller bearing in the swivel head, dust proof. This helps the castors to bear impact loads
- Equipped with thread guards: Metal for protection against external environmental factors such as dust etc & also it helps in smooth movement of castor
- Equipped with grease nipple helps lubrication resulting in reliable, smooth & noiseless movement central forged kingpin is secured by bolting in the base plate
- Bolted wheel axle
- Bearing: Double ball bearing in wheel is the standard feature which enhances the movement of the castor
- Fittings: Plate, threaded pin & solid plug (round or square) as per customers requirement
- Finish: Powder plated / zinc coated
- Accessories: Total lock brake or directional lock brake available on requests
- Special lubrication is suggested for unusual operating or environment conditions such as high temperature or sub-zero environment
