It reduces peptidyl-prolylisomerase activity by binding to the immunophilin FKBP12 (FK506 binding protein) creating a new complex. Mechanism of Action: FKBP12-FK506 complex interacts with and inhibits calcineurin thus inhibiting both T-lymphocyte signal transduction and IL-2 transcription. Indication: Best effective in Atopic Dermatitis, Vitiligo, Lichen Planus, and Psoriasis. Rapid onset of re-pigmentation. Restore skin color without skin atrophy. Proven Clinical efficacy and Safety.
