Installation method two : fix with wall glue
1,Covering wall with base board , commonly used is 3mm three-ply board, wood board, better one is fire-proof magnesium oxide board, installed to the wall by nail gun and polish the board surface with sandpaper;
2,Sawing UV plate into pieces according to actual size requirements;
3,Bevelling the plate edges at 45 angle according to the actual installation requirements;
4,Cleaning the back of UV plate with sandpaper or duster cloth;
5,Spreading all-purpose adhesive or woodworking glue on UV plate back, then stick it on the wall and make it flat and firm by beating lightly;
6,Adjusting water-based joint sealing materials and filling it between two plates, sweeping vertically with a wood plate make the interface smoothly and good looking;
7,Cleaning the surface and peel off the protective film.
