1. In cosmetics, through adjusting fluidity, it grants the products with proper viscosity, emulsification, stability, lubrication, foam stability and solubility of surface active agents.
2. In food processing, it serves as an effective thickener,emulsifier,water-retainer, and epispastic in mechanic foaming.
