7.Equilibrium moisture content: 23A C, 6%(50%rh), 29%(84%rh).
8.Solubility: both soluble in cold and hot water, insoluble in most organic solvents generally. Dissolve partly in a small number of polar solvents such as ethylene glycol. PH value of the viscosity changed little in the range of 2-12, however, the viscosity decreased over this range.
9.Hygroscopicity.

Main use:
In the pharmaceutical preparation, used as a thickener, adhesives, stabilizer and the preparation of emulsion,gel,ointment,lotion,eye clear agent,suppository and tablet additives,and also be used in food as stabilizer.
