| Usage | 1. Direct joining method:This is the simplest and most time-consuming method. During the production process, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose can be directly added to a stirred container with high shear stress. The specific steps are as follows:(1) Add a certain amount of boiling water to the mixing container (if the product is soluble in cold water, add cold water);(2) Start the low-speed mixing operation and slowly sieve the product into the mixing container;(3) Continue stirring until all particles are completely wet;(4) Add sufficient water and continue stirring until all products are completely dissolved;(5) Finally, add other components to the formula.2. Method of preparing mother liquor:This method has great flexibility and can directly prepare the product into a higher concentration mother liquor, which can then be added to the finished product as needed. The operation steps are as follows:(1) Follow steps (1) to (3) in the direct addition method for operation;(2) After the product is fully wetted, let it cool naturally and dissolve;(3) Stir thoroughly before use and add to the finished product according to actual needs.It should be noted that mold inhibitors should be added to the mother liquor as early as possible to improve the antibacterial performance of the product.3. Dry mixed use:In some cases, such as when mixed with powdered materials such as cement and gypsum powder, dry mixing method can be used.
