Hydrocyclones, Liquid

Our provided Hydrocyclones are used for separating solids from fluid, usually several hydrocyclones are mounted above shale shaker to compose a desander hydrocyclone or a desilter hydrocyclone.
Hydrocyclone consists of cone, inlet and outlet. A hydrocyclone has one inlet that makes sure mud enters the cone along tangent direction. A hydrocyclone has two outlets: the smaller at the bottom called underflow outlet or discharge outlet which denser or larger particles pass by, and the larger on the top called overflow outlet which lighter or finer mud pass by.
Hydrocyclone is adopted good abrasion material to create a longer service life.
Hydrocyclone with small inlet, outlet and small diameter needs high pressure while processing little capacity. On the contrary, Hydrocyclone with big inlet, outlet and big diameter needs low pressure while processing large capacity.

4 models of hydrocyclones: desanders (12-inch and 10-inch cones) and desilters (8-inch and 4-inch cones). As for each application, will determine the cone configuration and the pump and motor requirements necessary to maximize liquid/solids separation.
