Henglia s 4i Hydrocyclones is manufactured from specially formulated EU polyurethane, offering operators a high tech 4i cone (up to 80 GPM) while providing producers an economical replacement for less efficient older equipment. The unique uni-body design (one piece) eliminates excess parts and seams where excessive wear begins. The 1 5/8i circular ramp feed tangentially blended into cone entry as 1 1/4i high by 5/8i wide rectangle; this minimizes turbulence in the upper portion of the cone and provides consistent high performance recoveries.
