Hydraulic Power Pack By Global Hydrraulics

Global Hydraulics make powerpacks consists of oil tank with manholes, baffler and painted by polyurethane paint, filler breather, fluid level indicator, pump coupled with electrical motor by a flexible coupling, a solutions strainer, reutrn line fitter, accumulator,& other hydraulic accessories. The pump output to a manifold block, which has a relief valve, Directional control valves and other control valves mentioned on it.
The Control valves are suitably interconnected in manifold block according to hydraulic circuitry, thereby achieving compaction, reduce noise level, easy accessibility for maintenance of all the valves and if required we can easily remove the valves from the block by loosening the mounting bolts. The pressure outlets are provided with enough space to dismantle the pipelines or hoses.

A Pressure gauge mounting bracket is fitted at the top of the tank with a pressure gauge and an isolator or gauge snubber to visualize the system pressure.

Baffle plated are provided to separate pump suction and return lines. Heaters and coolers are mounted besides the tank to maintain the oil temperature within the maximum permissible limits. Thermostat controllers to this effect, if essential and temperature indicators are to be provided. The above facility is provided mainly based on customer's approval.
