Hyjack Hydraulic Lifting Platforms - Ms Fabricated With Adjustable Double & Triple Scissors, Manual Or Electro-hydraulic Operation | Torsion Proof Structure, Leak Proof Hydraulic Connection, Swiveling Axles

The Hyjack Hydraulic Lifting Platforms are manufactured as per the requirements of the customers, depending on the type of high reach platforms such as maintenance platform lifts & air craft platforms with adjustable height of double scissors & triple scissors type with either manual operation or Electro hydraulic operation.

The base frame is fabricated of MS channels suitably reinforced welded fabrication torsion proof structure provided with 2 wheels on fixed angle & 2 wheels on swivelling axle under a common hub attached to a towing handle.

The platform is fabricated of MS Angle / Channels / Sheet steel covered supported on 2 sets of scissors, one end fixed to base frame & other set moving inside channel base frames & both set supporting the top platform.

The hydraulic cylinder is placed between the scissors provided between the base frame & scissors coupled to double acting hydraulic hand pump through hydraulic hose pipe with leak proof end connection. The lifting of the platform is by means of hydraulic oil pressure & lowering is gravity controlled by opening a release value speed of lowering depending on the opening of the valve.
