This demanding application requires fast operational timing, high capacity rescue cage with independent rotation to align to building, smooth operation, option of electronic CAN-BUS system with graphic display indicating reach, height, case angle, wind speed, single push button outrigger auto-levelling, automatic stability management and accessories such as water monitor at cage, compressed air supply at cage, heat shield at cage, escape ladder along booms, bodywork housing portable pump, standby engine and fire-fighting equipment, intercommunication between cage and base control, all backed with effective, prompt and reliable service after sales.

This hydraulic fire fighting platform LIFTMAK MODEL FF320SHD, SUPER HEAVY DUTY with 500kgs. cage capacity - the highest in the industry, is designed specifically for the purpose of fire fighting and rescue to enable firemen to go up over and down the other side of any obstruction. LIFTMAK MODEL FF320SHD comprises of main boom with telescopic sections and an articulated boom with a cage mounted at the end at the end of the boom, to offer up, over and down access. The entire unit is mounted on a turntable on a heavy duty Diesel Engine Chassis of 6x2 configuration 25T GVW such as Eicher 30.25, TATA2518 or equivalent or 8x4 configuration 31T GVW such as Volvo FM9 or equivalent (for higher acceleration, power and integration of 3KL water tank as an option).

This hydraulic platform LIFTMAK MODEL FF320SHD is capable of use at any angle of elevation without any reduction of load capacity of the cage. It rotates 360o continuously at any angle of elevation as well as below ground level subject to boom remaining clear of vehicle body. The height of LIFTMAK MODEL FF320SHD when fully elevated is 30.5m as measured from ground level to cage base, making the effective working height as 32m. The horizontal outreach of the cage at full rated 500kgs. payload is 21 metres as measured from slew centre to cage far end plus 0.5meters. The bottom ladder is provided with sufficient width and handrails for rescue of the people at any height during rescue operations.

Full safety interlocks are incorporated in the design so as to ensure complete safety in operations and long years of reliable and trouble free service. The safe working load ratings include and allowance for the weight of water system and the reaction from the monitor jet when operating.
