The Kleenoil high pressure oil filter can be fitted on the by-pass basis to hydraulic systems, compressors or any system with oil pressure upto 3000psi The flow through the Kleenoil filter is controlled to approximately 4 Ltrs per minute at 40 psi. A flow rate which is long enough to have negliable effect on most systems pressure, yet high enough to ensure that oil is being kept in and "as-new" condition.
The principal our filtration systems operate is on absorption and adsorption. The Kleenoil Filter Cartridges are specially wounded in U.K. and filters oils to levels cleaner than new oil. The Kleenoil Filter absorbs all free and emulsified water and gradually removes contaminant particles down to less than 1 micron (ISO 14/9 or NAS1638 class 6 equivalent). It therefore extends oil life through the removal of the oxidation catalysts and at the same time extends component life. .
Our filters are not fitted with heating elements like other filters have which burn the oil to evaporate the water content.
The Kleenoil Filter cartridge is made of coniferous wood pulp paper which absorbs the water from the oil.
Oil is maintained to an as-new condition of our By-pass filters increasing machine component life.
