We would like to introduce ourselves as Jaypee Engineering and Hydraulic Equipment Company Limited (JEHEL), a reputed manufacturer of hydraulic material handling Equipment and rock breaking systems in India for the past 17 years. Our existing product range includes various types of Hydraulic Truck tipplers, Clam shell and orange peel grabs, mobile and pedestal rock breaking systems, high capacity knuckle boom and telescopic cranes, scissor lifts and aerial access platforms etc. We possess necessary skills, expertise, experience and infrastructure required to design, manufacture, market and service such systems, including a fully equipped modern manufacturing plant, design & engineering, and sales & service network. We have a 80000 Sq. ft well equipped infrastructural facility including machines for Honing, Shaping, Radial drilling, horizontal boring, Profile Gas cutting, MIG welding, Welding Rectifier, welding Transformer etc. We are also equipped with 6 No.s EOT crane that covers the whole shed area, Chain pulley Blocks, and Dynamic & Hydraulic Test Rigs. Our highly motivated workforce works in two shifts in a very short notice whenever required. Raw material is conveniently available to us through our original company which deals in special steels. Armed with all these assets, We are confident and fully prepared to deliver high quality products adhering to the tight delivery schedule. Our design department is well equipped with modern day design software- AUTOCAD and is manned by qualified and experienced Engineers. The Design of a product is carried out by adopting the standard norms as regards to the strength, fatigue resistance, life, function, interchangeability and quality standards. Design considerations include kinematic study of the total equipment, Force and vector analysis, Rigidity consideration, Selection and standardization of material, consideration of manufacturing process as well as Economy. To obtain highest efficiency in production and to produce the required quantity of product of required quality at the schedule time, production control procedure come into account. This include Activities control, Material movement control, Tools Availability control, Control of due dates and control of replacement. Our organizational strength and production methodology is perfectly matched and interwoven with quality control at every stage. We have standard Q.C equipment at our factory.
