Key Features

We offer Hot Runner Heaters available in various specifications. The construction of our Hot Runner Heaters is of Helical Nickel Chrome resistance wire evenly stretched and strung though highly pure MgO core. This element assembly is placed in the centre of the tube and filled with selected high grade MgO powder. Then it is subjected to drawing and swaging process, solidifying MgO core for a rugged and durable Hot Runner Heaters. We also manufacture Hot Runner Heaters with inbuilt thermocouples. Hot runner bushes are produced with hot runner heaters of different cross sections with inner brass bush and outer SS shell.
