Hot Junction Welding Machine

We offer our customers a wide range of Hot Junction Welding Machines. Oxidization does not take place as the welding process takes just a few milliseconds. Due to the use of argon inert gas in pre-weld & post-weld times, it eradicates & does not permit the junction to oxidize at all. As welding is done by stored energy, rather than the current makes the weld, is a beautiful bright bulb. A capacitor bank is charged to the required voltage, which is monitored digitally on a voltmeter depending on the energy needed. It is flexible & can be changed as per size & type of thermocouple wires. Two additional capacitor banks can be added for thick wires. The thermocouple is prepared & adjusted properly in a holder. A special fixture retains the welding torch & can be moved in both x & y directions with a lead screw type of accurate arrangement for precise positioning for welding simplex, duplex, triplex & quadruple thermocouples. Up/down movement with lock permits the torch movement vertically. All these facilities make the welding of duplex, triplex & quadruple thermocouples without any removal of the same during welding.
