Hot & Cold Packaged Unit

The Hot & Cold Packaged Unit manufactured by us incorporates the finest in design, components and construction quality. It is designed principally for applications in plastic industry, to simultaneously deliver both chilled water and hot water of the required temperature. The hot water is primarily utilized for hot runner system The capacity of the unit is ascertained on the load conditions of the individual user and engineered to operate efficiently even during adverse ambient conditions on site. The chiller is equipped with high energy efficient compressor; computer selected imported plate heat exchangers and world class high pressure pumps to provide optimum performance throughout its operating life. In addition to this, branded refrigeration controls and sophisticated electrical controls are incorporated to ensure adequate all round safety to the system. Two separate controllers monitor the hot water and chilled water temperatures respectively. Inbuilt arrangements to sense faults in case of malfunction or imbalance in the system is one of the main highlights of the chiller. These chillers are available in air-cooled and water-cooled versions.
