Hot Break System - Steam Heated, 2500 To 5000 Kgs Per Hr Capacity | Optimal Enzyme Deactivation, Enhanced Color And Maximum Recovery For Tomato/guava Juice Extraction

Suitable for preheating of Tomatoes / Guavas before juice extraction. The raw washed tomatoes / Guavas are crushed in the mill and gets collected in the bottom tank. The Hot Break System is then circulated through the heat exchanger for preheating up to required temperature. Steam is the heating media used in the heat exchanger to heat the crush. After achieving the required temperature the product is discharged to the Pulper for juice extraction. Capacity ranging from 2500 kgs per hr upto 5000 kgs per hr can be provided. This process is required for the following: -
* Deactivating the enzymes, which are likely to be generated
* Getting good co lour and maximum recovery.
* Better quality of the product.
