Key Features
The drying process is continuous because it has several layers of food grade belts running over each other over which the solid bed of these food products travel, being heated by hot air from below and moisture removed from top through suitable number of centrifugal fans mounted. Heating is achieved either through steam radiator, hot water, electric or gas heaters.
Drier is insulated from all around to avoid any radiation heat losses to atmosphere. The belts are driven through a common AC geared drive with control of belt speed as per requirements. Temperature can be controlled accurately by means of temperature panel provided.
