We are offering Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pumps that comes with the following features:

I. Casing: Axially split volute cases with suction and discharge branches located opposite in line in the lower half. This allows easy removal of the rotating element, without disturbing the pipe work. Pump required for higher heads have double volute casing to minimize radial thrust.

II. Impeller: Single entry and double entry, closed type impellers are hydraulically and statically balanced.

III. Shaft: Machined from high quality steel. The shaft is sturdily proportioned to minimize deflection and provide long reliable service.

IV.Sleeves: Sleeves are provided to protect the shaft and ensure longer shaft life.

V.Neck Ring: Designed with appropriate clearances and materials to minimize leakages while ensuring along impeller life.

VI> Bearing: Deep groove ball bearings are provided at the drive and free ends and are designed for high reliability and long life.
