SHELLAR MACHINE :

Horizontal Grinding Mill or Horizontal Chakki in Indian language, is a machine that grinds the grains particles into a powder form, for its easy packaging and retailing.

Diamond Shellar are well known for its heavy construction and efficient grinding.

A shellar which consists of Grinding Stone, base plate and gap adjustment movement is finely constructed to obtain optimum efficiency. Our Sheller is constructed using 6mm heavy plate to support feeding and grinding movement with the structure constructed from heavy angles

The shafts are made from En series raw material with high performance bearings. This machine is generally driven by a pulley attached to it having flat belt running across counter drive.

The gap between grinding stone can be adjusted by adjustment lever to increase or decrees the size of grinding particle.

Spices, Flour, Maize, Beans, Herbs, Cereals, Non- abrasive, All types of cereals, Herbs Pulses, Grains, Dry Chemicals, Herbs, Cereals, Non- abrasive Material etc.

Capacity: Available with output capacity from 50 kgs to 1000kgs.
