Following are the Main Features of Horizontal coil lifter :-
1. The clamp is driven by a torque motor and to realize clamp arm's move driven by the chain wheel rack and gear.
2. The clamp has the edge protection function. The internal lateral sides of the clamp legs are equipped with two pairs of photoelectric correlative switches which make the clamp legs stop before contacting the steel coils to make ensure not hurt coil during operation.
3. automatic centering function. to help operator to check whether the clamp claw align to the center of coil or not , this function to realize by a pair of photoelectric switch
4. After the steel coils are lifted, the machine is deadlocked so that the clamp will not open even in case of error operations.
5. Clamp leg with surface protection pads:
A. The surface of clamp legs is equipped with a 20 mm-thick polyurethane layer.
B. The lateral bolts are fastened with polyurethane, and bottom bolts with aluminum protection plates.
6. The clamp can be equipped with a head rotary mechanism if necessary which can rotate within the scope of 360A during operation.
7. The clamp can be opened manually in case of accidents
