These Horizontal Box Type Furnaces are used for general heating treatments like annealing, preheating normalizing hardening and pack carburising etc. It can stand upto the temperature of 1000 A C. 5mm, mild steel plates, angle and section are used for fabricating the casing. The furnace lining has the first layer of insulating ceramic fiber HTZ.128 modules 250mm. These are thick and hot face insulating bricks. Our horizontal box types are made keeping in mind the methians, welly or I.S.I standard.
