Horizontal Ball Mill - Cast Steel, Two Chambers, Detachable Liner | Reliable Operation, Customizable Grinding Methods

The Horizontal Ball Mill is horizontal cylindrical rotary device, driven by brimmed gearwheel, with two chambers, gridded ball mill. Material goes into the first chamber equably through the feeding inlet. Inside the first chamber, there are stagged or corrugated scale board and steel balls. The shell rotates so as to generate centrifugal pull to bring ball to a certain height and then balls drop down to generate thumping and rubbing impact for materials. After the primary grinding, materials go into the second chamber through the single-layer partition panel. In the second chamber, there are flat liners and steel balls for the materialsa further rubbing. Powdered material is discharged through grate and the grinding is finished.

Structure:
The machine is mainly composed of feeding part, discharge part, rotating part and driving part(reducer, small driving gear, electric motor and electric control). The hollow shaft adopts casts steel part and the lining is detachable. The rotating big gearwheel is made by cast hobbing processing and the shell is equipped with wear-resistant liner , which has good wear-resistance. The machine can smoothly and reliably work for long period.
