Honing Oils SP 91

• This product is doped Mineral Oil, with low Viscosity, low aromatics and does not affect the skin. This has special additives, which are adsorptive and chemisorptive. This also helps in ageing, corrsion. The special function of this additive disactivats elementry sulphur.

• Additional advantages in comparision to other conventional Honing Oil. Lubrash SP91 is free from Clorine & Sulplur. Hence it is totally non-carcenogenic& free from skin irritation. It does not absorb moisture, as it is , Clorime free and results in to better anti-corrosion. Better finishing due to good E.P. Additives & Wetting agents. It has less evaporation loss.

Fully synthetic cutting fluids (LUBRALU B)

• It is a fully synthetic Grinding and cutting fluid, which contains special anti rust/corrosion Inhibitors and vapour phase inhibitors. LUBRALU B contains additives which have inverse solubility characteristics at higher temperature, thus gives better extreme pressure properties and in turn better surface finish and dissipate environment and bacterial attack. The product after high dilution gives milky solution give stain free operation on Aluminim.

• As this product contain effective biocide which give long life to the coolant. Dilution range 2 to 5% in water, depending upon the type of operation to be conducted.

Water for Dilution

• The water used for dilution should be clean and free from suspended matters. Borewell water should not be used as this contains various metallic chlorides, sulphates and bicarbonates due to which control of rusting and emulsion stability may be affected severely

• Strength of emulsion should be monitored properly as strong emulsion have extra detergency, defat the operator's skin or adversely affect stability of emulsion. The cutting fluid in clean working, must be used in a clean coolant system, otherwise the extra cost and advantages are negativated.
