The Hologram Applicator is one type of hood labeling machine. This model incorporates latest label dispensing system and capable of Labeling up to 300 Hologram per minute depending on Length and size of Hologram.

The HLA is used for various types of Label and Film sticking on container when required higher volume and label on conveyor line.

This model is very user friendly and can be synchronized with all operations such as Product Feeder, Roll Winder and Label Dispensing for optimum labeling accuracy.

The Automated Label Length detection system is detecting the label length automatically. Product handling must be firmly controlled to ensure accurate label placement. A sensors are detects the product as it comes down to conveyor and sticking the label at the proper time.

To change the Labeling speed online with the help of Single Speed Pot provided on control panel. You can incorporate with assembly line or other packing line to get a high efficiency.
