FTB-N Online Lamination and Color Coating Lines is one kind of new equipment designed and developed with one-step technical method. The line is specially designed for the production of aluminized transfer golden card, transfer laser card, and aluminized-film golden card. The process from paper-back coating, drying, cooling, film gluing, wet lamination, drying, delamination, color coating, drying, cooling, rewinding, and carrier film winding, can be accomplished in single operation on the line.
The line adopts three-roll gluing mode and uses our newly-developed coating head. With unique design, the coating head is conveniently adjustable in three dimensions, and equipped with damping plates, to achieve stable operation and high precision. Automatic tapered control of winding tension is applied to effectively avoid scratching and damaging on the surface of products. Automatic gap following and automatic contact pressure control of press roll are applied to ensure large-diameter winding quality. The drying system is designed with hot-air circulation combined-type drying tunnel, as per drying principles, to achieve complete drying, high efficiency, and low energy consumption.
