The  SPARK TESTER is a high frequency spark tester with a robust bead chain electrode reliably detecting insulation errors directly at the production. This system is mainly used in fast production lines for building wires, automotive cables or signal lines. The  SPARK TESTER provides a test voltage in a range of 0.5 to 15 kV and operates with a test frequency of 3 to 4.5 kHz. The SPARK TESTER is a direct current spark tester with up to 7.5kV test voltage, specifically developed for the testing of telephone wires, data cables and coaxial cables with foam insulation. The solid electrode and the electronic box of these spark testers form one integral unit. Optionally the display & control panel  can be fully integrated.
