High Temperature Vibration Transducer

The High Temperature Vibration Transducer is a piezoelectric transducer designed for monitoring of vibration levels on Plant or Machinery which runs at temperatures of 400A -500A C, and provides a reliable signal output for continuous machine health monitoring.
The 1070 Industrial Vibration Transducer is ruggedly constructed in a stainless steel case, with a square base which may be attached to the subject by four M4 screws.
The 1070 Transducer is supplied with a Signal Conditioning Unit (SCU) housed in a diecast aluminium box, to which it is permanently attached.
The Transducer will work continuously at temperatures of up to 500A C, whilst the electronic SCU will operate over an ambient temperature range of 5A C to 70A C.
The SCU requires a regulated external power supply of 24-30Vdc, connected via a 4-way connector which also provides low impedance outputs of Acceleration and Velocity signals. This system is totally electrically isolated.
